The Wisr team is excited to announce the addition of two new data jobs: Community Invites & Event imports, as well as the feature to control event visibility by member type.   

Overview of Data Jobs: 

Community Invites: 

The Community Invite data job allows Wisr administrators to pre-invite members in bulk to specific communities. After a user has onboarded and logged in to the site, they will be able to view and accept an invitation to a specific community. Navigate to our Managing Data in Wisr article for file specifications and a step-by-step walkthrough. 

Import Events Data Job:

The Import Events data job allows Wisr Admins to create new events in bulk and/or bulk update existing events.  For specifications on formatting, please visit our Managing Data in Wisr article. 

Event Visibility by Member Type 

Events now have visibility options based on Member Type. This feature is located within the event details on both the admin site as well as the live site by editing capabilities are restricted to Wisr admins. Use this function to segment events as you see fit particularly if they only pertain to a subset of your member population.
