How do I see what my student ambassadors/mentors are doing?

Your student ambassadors/mentors are integral to the success of your Wisr Virtual Communities. To help track the activity of your student ambassadors/mentors, we've put their data in one place for any given week. Within the Admin Dashboard Overview tab, you can view an "Ambassador Activity Report", which lists all your ambassadors/mentors by name and tracks the following activities:

  • Topics created: Number of topics created in communities
  • Posts created: Number of replies created to topics
  • New connections: Number of new chats and scheduled calls
  • Activity in date range: Total topics, posts, and new connections in selected date range

Additionally, this report shares the percentage of student ambassadors/mentors active on you site in a given timeframe.

Insights from the "Ambassador Activity Report" help to:

  • Celebrate ambassadors/mentors that have been active
  • Know ambassadors/mentors who have not signed in/been active and might need a nudge
