Adding Community Leaders

Take these steps to add a community leader:

  1. Visit the community you're working on in your member site, and select the Members tab.
  2. Locate the member you'd like to promote, and click the down arrow on the View Profile button.
  3. Select Promote to leader. The user will now be able to manage the community.

Tip: Use the @ Mentions feature to tag your community leaders directly in the About section of your communities so that members can easily contact the appropriate person with questions.

Removing Community Leaders

Removing Community Leader status will make it so that the user is no longer able to manage the community.

Take these steps to remove leader status:

  1. Visit the community you're working on in your member site, and select the Members tab.
  2. Locate the member for whom you'd like change leader status, and click the down arrow on the View Profile button.
