Site Settings

Site Settings are part of the administration site used to manage which features are activated, and manage secure file uploads. We recommend working with the Partner Success Team to make any changes in the Site Settings.

Menu options under Site Settings include:

  • Modules: Turns on and off various features within the Wisr Site. Work with Partner Success Manager to make modifications in this section.
  • Config: Edit the Welcome Message that appears to members on their home screen
  • Custom Fields: Add custom profile fields. Work with Partner Success Manager to make modifications in this section.
  • Call Agendas: Suggested agendas for the Schedule Calls feature. Work with Partner Success Manager to make modifications in this section.
  • Site Reset: Delete data from the site in bulk. Work with Partner Success Manager to make modifications in this section.
  • File Upload: Share data with the Wisr team
  • Member Type Visibility: Set site defaults for member visibility by Member Type.

Config

Edit the Welcome Message that appears to members on their Home screen after logging in. Admins can include embedded videos or links in this message. 

Default message reads: "Welcome to [Site Name]. We're glad you joined. Here are some ways to get started:"

Securely share CSV files with the Wisr team.

Member Type Visibility

Once Member Types have been established, admins are able to set default visibility to restrict which Member Types are able to see profile information for other Member Types. For example, if parents should only be seen by other parents and staff/faculty, admins can change the default visibility to "Only certain people: Parent, Staff/Faculty".

Visibility defaults can be overridden by individual members within the Profile Privacy section in their profile to further restrict or grant more visibility to additional Member Types.
