Sending Data to Wisr: Deactivate File
A Deactivate Member File may be used:
- When a Student has withdrawn their application for admission
- If a Student communicates that they no longer would like to be part of the institutional marketing campaign/the Wisr Virtual Community
- If a Student leaves an institution before an orientation session completes.
The Deactivate file must include the following data points:
- Unique ID
- Important: This ID will be used for matching when sent back to Slate.
File Requirements:
- Naming Convention: your_school_name- deactivate-%FT%T.csv
- Encoding: UTF-8
- Delimited (tab-delimited, CSV, etc.)
- Comma Delimited
- Include Header Rows
- Text Qualifiers: Double Quotes (")
