Receiving Data: Self Service Exports in Wisr Admin Site (Non-SFTP)

The following data exports are available for Admins to download at anytime.

*Important Note:* all exports in this section will be delivered to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the message immediately.


  • Members: Active, Pending, Invited, Pre-Verified, Admins, Inactive
    • Select the desired tab (option in green rectangle) and click the download button (red rectangle) to export a .csv.

  • Connections: Chats (and Calls - Legacy feature)
    • Download all chat messages by navigating to the Chat tab and clicking the download button (red rectangle) to export a .csv.

  • Communities: Active, Requested, Declined, Archived
    • Select the desired tab (option in green rectangle) and click the download button (red rectangle) to export a .csv. 
      • Important: This export lists data about a specific community (name, total number of members, headline, etc.) 

  • Discussions: Topics and Posts
    • Select either Topics or Posts (green rectangle) to download. 
    • Determine whether Active or Archived data points should be exported (blue rectangle)
    • Click the download button (red rectangle) to export the .csv. 

  • Activity
    • Click the download button (red rectangle) to export a .csv of all site activity data. 
      • Important: this export may take hours to deliver. All site actions are listed in the export. This means there may be hundreds of thousands of records to download. If your export fails, please reach out to your partner success manager.
