Receiving Data: Standard Exports via SFTP (from Wisr)

There are two Standard Wisr Exports available via SFTP. Partners have two options for receiving the exports from Wisr:

1. Wisr to access an external SFTP site (example: Slate FTP,  ft.technolutions.net)
2. Partners access sftp.wisr.io and pick-up completed files from the outgoing partner directory

The two standard exports and sample files are documented below:

Pre-verification Export

What is Pre-Verification? 
Pre-verification grants automatic site access for members with the email addresses you have provided. The process of pre-verification creates a unique invitation URL for each member that can be used in subsequent email invitations. 

Export Details:

1. Delivered via SFTP as a .csv file
2. Can be scheduled to export on a daily, weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly cadence (most partners prefer daily)
3. Export will include unique invitation URL for each member in the file.

Activity Data Export

The Activity Export provides 50+ activity data points from Wisr. This export allows partners to understand activity in their Wisr site and target specific populations in a respective CRM. 

Export Details: 

1. Delivered via SFTP as a .csv file
2. Can be scheduled to export on a daily, weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly cadence (most partners prefer daily or weekly)
3. Export will include 50+ activity data points from your Wisr site
