Wisr Communities iOS Application

Jan 24 2022: Wisr sites are now available in a native iOS application. Members can access all existing functionality in the application including communities, discussions, events, and chats now optimized for a mobile experience. 
Availability
To download the app, search for “Wisr Communities” in the Apple App Store. All live Wisr sites are available in the app. As of January 2022, the application is only available in the Apple app store. Android users can continue to access Wisr sites through their mobile or desktop browser. 
Push Notifications 
When a member first downloads the application, they will be asked to accept push notifications. Push notifications are triggered when a member sends a chat or responds to a discussion post. Push notifications have been shown to increase engagement and keep the conversation going. 
Mobile Banner 
We are also releasing an optional mobile banner to advertise the application to members using Wisr on their Apple device. This banner will appear for members logged into Wisr on iPhone mobile broswer. When clicked, the banner will send members to the Wisr Communities listing in app store. If a member has already downloaded the application, the banner will take them directly to the app.  This banner can be dismissed at any time. Please contact your customer success representative to enable the banner.
