12.10.2020 | Announcing Enrollment Dashboard 2.0 📊

In preparation for the 2021 admissions season, Wisr has released the updated enrollment dashboard interface designed to bolster your yield metrics. This new dashboard was created to provide you with access to reports and lists that were previously only available by request. The new Dashboard has three key sections for Engagement Benchmarking, Program Management, and Snapshot Reports. This added visibility into your metrics will help you to measure levels of engagement from admitted students and contributions from ambassadors.

New date range and member type filters
Advanced segmentation by data points such as decision code, prospect status, application round, ethnicity, and FAFSA submission, depending on your data set and data feed configuration
Engagement benchmarking with ability to add custom goals
Program monitoring to gauge contributions by ambassadors, admitted students and more

Engagement Benchmarking dashboards

The following engagement benchmarking dashboards provide high-level statistics to help measure engagement:

Total active members: Number of site members who have created accounts and logged in (broken down weekly)
Member engagement rate (%): Percentage of members who have engaged by reading messages, viewing profiles, or joining a community
Member contribution rate (%): Percentage of members (by member type) who have posted discussion topics, replies, or chatted with others
Posts by week (by member type)
Connections by week (by member type)
Top active members by location: Map interface that shows the top 1,000 active members on your site across the world

Program Monitoring dashboards

The following program monitoring dashboards measure overall activity rates and identify members who drive engagement:

Snapshot Reports

This section allows you to download reports on member activity and engagement that were previously only available by request.

Engaged Members Report: Reflects the hard data that comprises the Member Engagement Rate (%)
Engaged Contributors Report: Reflects the hard data that comprises the Member Contribution Rate (%)
Members Without a Connection:All-time list of members that have not had a connection (cannot be filtered)
Community Activity Report:Lists each individual member in communities, whether or not they have engaged in specific communities, and community leader status
Weekly Cumulative Activities by Member Report: Lists site activity log by student
